Bocconi Poker Society was founded to allow poker enjoyers of all levels to come together and play. Whether you’re looking for competitive games or just a relaxed atmosphere, we provide the perfect environment for Bocconi students to have a fun night out.
“Never played poker until I joined but really enjoyed it.”
“Great games and great crowd”
“Hands down the best society.”
No, we never charge any fees or rakes on any games so feel free to come!
Of course, we often get beginners who come to try and play. We often will place you together with other beginners and explain the rules with no money involved so you can learn to play.
It depends what sort of event we are hosting. For casual games, there’s no limit as the more the better. People are free to come and go as they like so there’s a lot of movement on the tables.
For tournaments, there will be an email sent out (make sure you are on the mailing list) with a form to submit. Places are limited as there needs to be planning etc. The same occurs for high roller events which cost more to run.
Again depends on the event. Casual games tend to be lower stakes and more focused on socializing, whereas tournaments and high roller games tend to be on the higher end.
Yes, there’s plenty of food and drinks available.
No, just good energy and your buy in of course!
Again depends on the type of event, casual games will be in a rented apartment with table and snacks, while high roller private games might be in more exclusive rooms with service etc.
